Upcoming Meetings
We hold board meetings quarterly at 7:00 pm in the Good Shepard Lutheran Church, Room 109. Homeowners are welcome to attend. Additionally, on the 2nd Monday of February, we hold a larger annual meeting to review the previous year and cover any new business.

Neighborhood Events
Neighborhood social events are typically held during summer months. There are no more upcoming events right now. Check back later for more events!
Garage Sales
We will be advertising on several social media sites for our annual garage sale. You are encouraged to put up your own signs so people may find you as we do not make a neighborhood map.
You are more than welcome to hold garage sales and post your own signs during the year. We just ask that the signs be removed at the end of your sale. Thank you!
