We ask that if you have any complaints you first check to see that it is not instead a city matter. If it is in violation of our covenants, please fill out the form below and send it to us. If you could provide as many details as possible, that would be much appreciated. Pictures are also welcomed.
City of Lincoln ordinance
Sec. 37-11 - Dangerous Trees
It shall be unlawful for any property owner or occupant to permit to stand upon his property any dead tree, any dead part of a tree, any fatally diseased or structurally weak tree, or any structurally weak part of a tree, which is a menace to public safety or which endangers any building or other property.

Architectural Requests
